How Builder Campus Works
Structure without pressure. Momentum without stress.
Builder Campus runs on simple, repeatable mechanics that create consistent momentum. No complex systems. No overwhelming commitments. Just builders helping builders ship.
Weekly Momentum Cycle
Connect with your squad at the start of the week.
Share what you will ship this week.
Build. Create. Ship.
Report what you shipped at the end of the week.
Weekly Squads
Every week, you are paired with 3-5 other builders in a squad.
Squads provide accountability, support, and shared momentum. When you commit to shipping in front of your squad, you ship.
Squads rotate to keep things fresh and help you meet more builders across the campus.
Monthly Ship Day
Once a month, the entire campus comes together for Ship Day.
Everyone showcases what they shipped. Big or small, every launch matters. The community celebrates and amplifies each release.
Ship Day is the heartbeat of Builder Campus.
Launch Amplification
When one builder launches, 100 builders support them.
We amplify launches across Twitter/X, GitHub, Product Hunt, Reddit, and more. No builder launches alone.
1 builder launches → 100 builders support
Knowledge Flow
Builders share what they know. No gatekeeping.
Micro-workshops, tool recommendations, architecture discussions, templates, and playbooks flow freely through the campus.
When you join, you gain access to decades of combined building experience.
